Arts & Craft Fair and Farmers’ Market

ALL WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL IN DESIGN AND THE WORK OF THE EXHIBITOR. ALL ITEMS MUST BE AGRICULTURAL AND MUST BE GROWN IN WISCONSIN.

Requirements

Submit the application with entry fees and photos.
Include your Wisconsin Sellers Permit and Seller Information Sheet.
Include a stamped, self-addressed, legal-size envelope.

Deadline

Application, entry fees, photos, Wisconsin Sellers Permit, Seller Information Sheet and a stamped, self-addressed, legal-size envelope must be received by June 30, 2026.

Participants will be notified by July 30, 2026. If not accepted, entry fee and photos will be returned.

Food Truck Application

Merchandise Vendors — For Profit

A for-profit vendor is any vendor temporarily selling merchandise for a profit. Unless documentation proving non-profit status is provided, all vendors are considered for profit.

Requirements

No vendor may use city sidewalks, streets, parking lots, parks or any public property.
No illegal or counterfeit items. The committee may deny items not consistent with family values.
Vendors requesting to keep the same size space must complete the “Custom Booth Request” form with the application.

Deadline

Application and supplemental forms must be received by July 1.

Participants will be notified by August 1. If not accepted, entry fee will be returned.

Merchandise Vendor Application

Merchandise Vendors — Non-Profit

Non-profit organizations from the Wisconsin Dells school district may vend with a permit. The permit fee is waived and 20% of net profits shall be donated to the Wo-Zha-Wa Committee.

Requirements

Submit the application, supplemental forms and the non-profit vendor worksheet.
Donate 20% of net profits to the Wo-Zha-Wa Committee.

Deadline

Application, supplemental forms and the non-profit vendor worksheet must be received by July 1.

Participants will be notified by August 1. If not accepted, entry fee will be returned.

Service Organization Application

City license required

Important Notice for All Vendors

All vendors shall have affixed to their booth or sales location, in a prominent place, a license issued by the City of Wisconsin Dells. The Wisconsin Dells Police Department shall enforce the license requirement and violators will be ticketed and fined $424.00 per day. Violators who default in payment of their forfeiture may be confined in the county jail not more than three (3) days.
